“If you fell under Daughter’s spell in 2013 then you’ll likely be obsessed with Annie Eve in 2014” – Drowned in Sound

“Newcomer Eve steps into the realm of homespun and introverted indie folk inhabited by early Cat Power ” – The Line Of Best Fit

If Annie Eve is in the ring with Daughter and Cat Power, this is very high praise indeed.

Having supported the likes of Fionn Regan, Little Green Cars and Matt Corby, 22 year old singer songwriter Annie Eve from London has just brought out her second EP, entitled ‘Feversome’, on Young and Lost Club.

Annie’s ‘Feversome’ EP features 3 tracks all written and performed (except slide guitar and Accordion) by Annie and produced by Jolyon Vaughan Thomas.

Zane Lowe featured Annie as his “Next Hype” Annie’s self-titled debut EP, which was released last year, picked up support from the likes of Radio 1’s Huw Stephens, 6 Music, XFM, Drowned in Sound, This Is Fake DIY and The 405 to name a few, with the lead track “Elvis” being featured by Burberry Acoustic.

Annie’s unusual grasp of language and awkward perspective bleeds into her lyrics and fuels a style of music that is both enchanting and haunting.
